Wednesday Night Rides with a Coach

Join us every Wednesday Night for a series of No-Drop rides designed to help recreational riders, racers and triathletes improve their riding performance. There is always a coach on hand to answer all of your training questions as well as a bike shop guy to answer any tech questions you might have. These rides will be on going through the fall months at least until the Daylight Savings time change.


5:30pm Every Wednesday.

(start time will move back to 6:00pm as the days get longer)

Join us on Wednesday nights for a series of “no drop” rides designed to help recreational riders, racers and triathletes improve their riding performance. The series of coaching classes will focus on the main riding areas including time trialing, hill climbing, speed work and breakaways. The rides are going on now and will continue throughout the summer. The rides leave Ramsey Bicycle at 5:30pm and will run up to 2 hours (25-35 miles).
